Local authors, book lovers, and supporters of local business come visit the Troy Book Makers in Schenectady this Saturday (September 14th) from 2-5 for the Jay St. Book Festival! This event will feature a host of local authors (and TBM) at the Jay Street Marketplace.
The owners of Zaria & Bella’s Gift Shop, The Open Door Bookstore and Ambition Cafe have come together to create a new event on Jay Street. The Jay Street Book Fest will allow you an opportunity to talk with Local Authors about writing, experiences in publishing and workshops.
This will be an enjoyable opportunity to support local authors in the community by buying books and getting signed copies along the way, as well as find out more about volunteer groups you can join in our efforts to promote reading, writing and literacy.
